Thursday, February 24th, 2011TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments before Charlie Sheen was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning after a 36-hour bender.
In the call, Dr. Paul Nassif tells the dispatcher he just had a “kind of weird” conversation with Charlie — and that the actor was “very, very intoxicated” and in a “lot of pain” … but did NOT want anyone to call 911

Thursday, February 24th, 2011Charlie Sheen boarded his private jet this afternoon along with his two new girlfriends and ex-wife Brooke Mueller … and took off for an island near the Bahamas for a private adult vacation … TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Sheen tell us … the actor, his porn-star GF Bree Olson, model Natalie Kenly and Brooke will spend the next few days together … sans Charlie’s kids.
Remember, Charlie is expected back on the set of “Two and a Half Men” on Tuesday.

Charlie Sheen Loses Wife, Gains Sober Coach
Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010Charlie Sheen is acknowledging he has a substance abuse problem, and he’s hired a sober coach to hang with him … TMZ has learned.
Well-placed sources connected with “Two and a Half Men” tell us … the sober coach is living at Charlie’s house and accompanying him to work.
Charlie has spent time with sober coaches in the past, with mixed success.
