When asked to comment on the song, Angelina stated, “I didn’t [want to] release the song because truthfully I think the song needed a lot more work. In blunt terms, it sucked.”

The production of the song was originally on hiatus because Angelina was not pleased with the contract. However, after a snippet of the song was released last week, the “rap” gained in popularity. As a result, negotiations were back in play.

The basic lyrics that were released with the snippet reveal a harder, more confrontational Angelina:

“I take a shot …

Then dance a lot …
Until i drop …
I shop …
And shop …
I just can’t stop …”
She elegantly goes on:
“You can’t replace …
Or crowd my space …
So step off bitch …
Or I’ll punch your face … ”

As the rap song gets ready to hit the airways and iTunes, the contract in question is still incomplete. Angelina and her lawyer Stephanie Ovadia have reached a deal with the producer Andrew Stein. Ovadia released a statement saying, “The negotiations were a success and we have finalized the terms of a fair and even handed contract.”

Everyone is in agreement to a dramatic contract signing ceremony in the middle of Town Square. Moments before the ceremony, Angelina backed out due to a “spider bite.”

At this point Stein and his attorney are done playing games. They spoke to TMZ telling the online magazine, “go to [Angelina's] home” to get the contract sign if they must. Only time will tell if Angelina’s rap career is just beginning or is over before it starts – we can only hope for the latter.

A source close to the negotiations tells us it’s an all-out porn war to sign Tila and distribute the tapes.

Of course neither company can do anything without Tila’s permission.  We’re guessing that won’t be a problem.

But Tila just told TMZ, “If anyone out there is trying to leak a private and personal sex tape of me that was not meant for the public, I will swiftly deal with my lawyers!”

TMZ spoke with Erica Langston … who confirms she did make a sex tape earlier this year while she was in Miami for the show … but she’s not sure it will ever hit the shelves.

Sources involved with the situation tell us the tape features Erica with her boyfriend (pictured above) and another woman … a woman who happened to co-star with Erica on “BGC.”

Erica tells us she’s considering releasing the tape — but not until she can work out a legitimate deal.

BTW — we asked Erica about the identity of the “other” woman … but this time, her lips were sealed.

Tila’s lawyer, Alan Gutman, just asked an L.A. County Superior Court judge for an injunction, prohibiting the release of one of her sex tapes.  Gutman argued the tape — shot more than 7 years ago during a trip with her boyfriend — was an invasion of privacy and a misappropriation of her image.

But the judge scoffed, saying privacy, schmivacy: “Tila exploits her sexuality.”

In the end, the judge said Tila’s lawyer hadn’t made enough of a case to warrant a restraining order.

UPDATE: Tila tells TMZ, “This doesn’t mean that the battle is over. I can still take this to federal court.”

Photographer Garry Sun filed an application for a restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming on October 19, Tila and the armed men drove to the Texas house of his alleged girlfriend, Shyla Jennings, kidnapped her, somehow got Shyla on a plane and flew her to L.A.

Sun claims Tila then threatened Shyla … If anyone notified cops, she and Garry would be toast.

A judge has not ruled on the restraining order. 

Tila says Sun made the whole thing up and she’s calling her lawyer. 

UPDATE: Tila’s lawyer calls the allegations, “patently absurd” … and insists Sun is simply filing the lawsuit to “get back at [Tila]” after he was fired from his role on Tila’s website.

The lawyer adds, “[Sun] will undoubtedly be held accountable by appropriate authorities for making these false allegations.”

Sources tell TMZ Langston and one member of the ménage à trois — her boyfriend Adrian — tried to sell their masterpiece to Vivid Entertainment head honcho Steve Hirsch earlier this week … but sex tape partner numero tres threw a wrench in the deal.

We’re told #3 — who happens to be one of Langston’s “BGC” castmates — demanded way too much scratch for the tape … around $200k … so the deal went sour.

But our sources say Langston had an ace in the hole — another sex tape with Adrian … sans her financially demanding XXX cohort. 

We’re told Hirsch made a new offer for the two-person porno … and that the deal is all but sealed.
